Site Can not be accessed

I tried accessing my site lifewithallison.com this morning. the page said the server could not be reached. I tried typing wp-admin after the url, same error. I logged into wordpress. My dashboard looked completely different, as if my site had been removed from self-hosting(which I am still paying for) and also displayed two old sites under a ‘switch site’ tab on the left hand side menu. An error exclamation point appeared next to life with allison and said ‘This Site Can Not be Accessed-Remove Site.’ I removed site as other forms suggested I do that and then reinstall. When I went to reinstall it said I do not have access to my site. I am very frustrated and know little about computers to be able to fix this.
