Site cancelation refund

    I have been trying to get support for days because I haven’t received my refund and it’s been over 14 days. I just keep getting directed to AI and told I can’t speak to a representative because I’m not paying. It’s a vicious cycle and I just need my money back. How can I get in contact with someone?! Please help

    I have checked the account and can confirm that the refund was issued on 24th April. You are correct that the refund may take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. The refund is always processed to the original payment method.

    I would also recommend checking with your bank and see if they can help you track the refund.
