  Hello,

  My uncle was recently billed by WordPress for a site he is not using, I believe it is saveourfarmland.info. I helped him set it up a long time ago and I think he forgot about it, and now he wants me to help him shut it down, feel free to contact him to confirm, his name is Brad Mair, and I think he used the email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The staff team will need to be able to verify the account to be able to assist further. Are you able to login with the account he used? or do a password reset (assuming you have access to the email)

  Exactly what @johnnypress90 mentioned. We need your uncle to post in this thread under the account to verify ownership of the upgrades. Then, we’ll be able to assist with the cancellation.

  If he doesn’t remember the charge or the account, he can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
