    Hi! I need help closing this account as well as the ‘VibesandVirtue’ blog. However, I do not want to close my account because I will be starting a new one here very soon.

    Hi @vibesandvirtue, do you just want to remove the site?

    If so, it looks like your site didn’t downgrade properly.

    We can reset it from this side. That would remove any third party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. I would guess it’s fine since you’re deleting everything. Still, if you need anything from the site, please export the site and media first:

    Then confirm with us here when you’re ready for us to downgrade.
