  Hi there:

  It looks like you were already helped with this via email two days ago where our support staff indicated that you were already refunded and you had deleted the website associated with the upgrade.

  Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account, so if you get to December 28th and you still don’t see that refund, respond to that email and we can better advise.
