Site cannot be accessed

    Hi!
When I try to access my site, I get pages that say the site cannot be accessed or that the page isn’t working. It could be the w3 total cache plugin that I activated but I can’t seem to deactivate it now because even the plugin screen doesn’t seem to be loading up. There is a sign that says Jetpack 3.3 is required to take full advantage of plugin management but the update now button also leads to a page that says the site isn’t working.

I’m also on an older WordPress version and I’m wondering if there is any way I can export or backup my site before updating since I keep getting prompts to update my Jetpack first (and I’ll probably need to backup before I update that too)?

    Please help ):
    Thanks!

You’ve posted your question in the forums for sites hosted by WordPressdotcom but your above site sounds like it is using the standalone WP software

Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
