  Hi, it looks like that domain is actually pointing to a site hosted on bluehost.com and so is not a WordPress.com site. Perhaps you are using the WordPress.org software there, which is separate from WordPress.com

  I recommend contacting the support team at Bluehost for help with that.

  You may also be able to get help from the WordPress.org support forums.
