Site cannot be accessed

I am trying to edit my site, and I am getting an error message that the site cannot be accessed. I am able to access my site live on the web, so I am not sure what the issue is.
It looks like it would allow me to begin a post, but I cannot add media.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What happens when you try to login at http://www.sweettoothbykatrina.com/wp-admin? Do you see any error messages in particular?

Additionally, http://www.sweettoothbykatrina.com/ has a valid Jetpack integration. Have you tried logging in with your WordPress.com account at https://wordpress.com/sites to see if you are able to use the WordPress.com dashboard?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Do you see your site on that list and what does clicking on it do?
