Site cannot be Accessed

  I seem to have an issue with the WordPress Dekstop Client. I have 3 sites, and 2 of my sites I am able to access and update no problem at all. However, one of my sites which I have Premium Plan, I get an error and a red cross in the top left corner stating “This Site Cannot be Accessed”

  I am not sure what I need to do remedy this problem?

  I have attempted to diagnose connection issues but I get the following error which is not particularly helpful

  Support Home >Debug
  Debug
  Unknown error
  An unknown error has occurred.

  Sorry to be a pain. I think I found the issue.
  It appears XMLRPC had been disabled in my .htaccess.
  I removed that restriction and all started working
