Site Cannot Be Accessed
-
Site is coming up with ‘Cannot be Accessed’ and ‘Error fetching plugins’. It was working fine until my host moved the site, which broke the SSL cert. Since that happened I’ve been having issues with it. The SSL cert is now fixed but still same issue. I’ve disconnected and reconnected but no luck…

I’m sorry, but http://www.n4design.com.au/ is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.
The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
If you’re interested, you can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:

Thanks for your reply but I know all that.
I am talking about the connection between WordPress.com and a site I manage, http://www.goodthymegourmet.com.au through Jetpack. -
Sorry but we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.
See here, please:

I have raised with Jetpack support, just covering all bases to see if there are any suggestions here
