Site cannot be accessed remove site and plugin error

Hello, I have been having an issue with my site ever since one day a plugin update got interrupted. First I was not even able to access my site or the administrator page. I did some research and after changing the plugin folder name I was able to get back in. Now when I log into wordpress under ‘my site’ there is a red exclamation mark and when I press it is says ‘Site cannot be accessed remove site’ I don’t want to remove my site and after finding little information on how to fix this issue I wanted to get a backup. I looked for plugins and half of them wouldn’t even install the packet. I believe it has something to do with the plugin Jetpack as this was the only one that I couldn’t install back after the initial problem. No difference can be seen on the website itself except for a new search bar on the top right which could just be from an updated plugin. my website is http://luitpoldgelaende.de/ and my domain provider is Strato. Hope you can help.

Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
If you are unsure who your hosting company is, you can check your site at https://www.whoishostingthis.com.

We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
    https://wordpress.org/support/

You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/register.php

Your hosting provider customer support may also be able to help you.

    Hope this helps
