Site cannot be accessed. Wont reconnect with jetpack

  Hello
  My site is through wordpress and my url is dreamhost.
  I paid my hosting fee late and my site was down a bit. While it is now back up for me on the admin side of things it is still down for everyone else trying to view it.
  I cant seem to find a forum post on this but maybe I’m using the wrong key words to search for. How long does this take to be visible to everyone again?
