Hi there,
I can see that this forum post has been closed, do you still need some help?
If so, can you explain in more detail exactly what happens for you when the site is not connected? Are you seeing any error messages? The better I understand exactly what is happening for you when things go wrong, the better I can help!

Hi xceleratorde,
You’ve posted on the support forums for WordPress.com, but I can see that http://www.skindesign-training.de. is hosted on WordPress.org. For more on what that means, you can check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Your question will be better answered on the support forums for WordPress.org found here: https://wordpress.org/support/

Hi musicdoc1,
I see it written on the post before I open it. The “this topic is not resolved” only appears again after I’ve replied.

Hi koulovat,
That’s odd. When a topic is closed, nobody can respond anymore. Although, I guess staff could open it again.
-
I have seen that to be true with the closed tickets. But when I opened the resolved ones (but not closed ones), it did let me reopen them. Very odd, indeed!
-
I understand now. So you meant to say that it was marked “resolved” rather than closed. If a topic with just one post has been marked as resolved by the original poster, that would indicate that they’ve resolved the issue on their own. It’s probably best not to respond at all in such case, because any response will switch it to not resolved.

Yes, my bad, I did mean to say “resolved” in this case! So sorry for any confusion. Thank you for taking the time to explain! :)
