  Hi, We are Wilford Village Playgroup and have always had access to our domain up till recently this has for some reason disappeared as if we never had it.

  How can we try and obtain this back? it was http://www.wilfordvillageplaygroup.co.uk

  The answer is very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again as kirstywharton12. As you have a paid plan you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to that account – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
