site cant be accessed

jetpack is saying my site cannot be accessed. i have tried debugging it, and reinstalling the plugin. nothing seems to help or change anything. i got an error that the xmlrpc is not enabled, but it is enabled in my hosting, the test to see if the file loads properly worked fine. any help/guidance would be appreciated so my client can log in the the account

Hi there!
Should squeakingtribe.com be accessed using https://squeakingtribe.com or https://www.squeakingtribe.com ?
If you have any caching plugins active, it may help to temporarily deactivate them and see if that helps you with the Jetpack connection.
If you’re still having trouble with the connection after that, please do feel free to head on over to the Jetpack contact page to check in with them directly:

Hi,
It should be just https://squeakingtribe.com
I’ve tried deactivating cache plugins (though the issue existed before I had them installed) and that didn’t help unfortunately.
I am getting this error in my site health tools notifications
Error The Squeaking Tribe is not connected.: 200

Hello there,
It sounds like there is an issue between hosting and the domain.
I see the domain is registered with IONOS but pointing to:
ns1.syd5.hostyourservices.net
ns2.syd5.hostyourservices.netIs this the correct set up?
To note, as the site is not hosted with WordPress.com – our support is limited.

that is correct. is there any way i can view what that issue would be? i have other sites connected properly to jetpack and they are not hosted on wordpress.com

Hello there,
I can’t see any issues via Jetpack https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://squeakingtribe.com
You could perhaps disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, to see if that clears up anything that shouldn’t be there.
