Site Cant Be Reached Error

Hi. I’m on a free plan, and on some days, I just can’t reach my site on my browser. Downtime tools insist the site is up, but no matter what browser I use when this happens, I keep getting the same error message. The customizer on my dashboard doesn’t load either, and shows the same error after hanging for over a minute? I assume my site is still hosted on your servers. What could be causing this?

Hi there, I do see a site hosted here on our servers, and we have not had downtime recently.
Can you confirm which site you’re struggling to see?
When that happens, if you use another browser or connect with your phone, are you able to see the site then?

I could see the site (https://eferet.wordpress.com) after I restarted my phone, and a friend could access the site on their mobile browser just fine. So I think it was some weird problem from my end, but damned if I know what. Thank you so much for getting back to me.

It happens on random days. Other sites will work just fine, but I just won’t be able to access my own WordPress blog, even though, apparently, others can.

If it ever happens again, please see if there’s any difference between being connected over WiFi or your cell network.
