Site Changes Not Saving

For a while now our team has been having issues with site changes and blog edits not saving. We utilize both the auto and manual save features on our WordPress site and within the Elementor plugin. But, we consistently have issues with data being erased as soon as we close the tab. We also cannot retrieve it from an alternate version of the drafts as it allegedly never saved at all.
