  Hello…

  Site deletion (i.e. the clearing of the content) is something you have the ability to do within your account.

  Here are the complete steps:

  Please do not instruct user to delete their sites if they ask to empty them. Deleting a site permanently removes it and the user will not be able to use that address again.

  If someone just wants to clear the content on their site, point them here instead:

  Empty Your Site to Start Fresh
