site closed down by author

  I appear to be unable to comment on other’s blogs. If I click on my icon I get a message saying that the site (my wordpress web address) has been closed down by the author, yet I publish 2 or 3 blogs a week without problem.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
