  Hi there,

  To delete your site we first need to downgrade it from the Business to the Free plan. This process will delete all of your site’s data so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  Hi there,

  I was under the impression I had closed this site a while ago. I hope I won’t be charged for the business plan during this time?

  Please take this as further confirmation to action closure. The site address should be redirected to Shopify which is now up and running.

  Hi there,

  To clarify there has been no renewal since 2020 as you see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  However, the site itself is not deleted, and exists at it’s “staging URL” at this time. Sounds like you will not need this site or it’s contents, but just to confirm, can we proceed with removing thesweetestpetalcom.wpcomstaging.com from our business hosting?

  Once that is complete, you will be able to close your account without issue as this will no longer be blocking it. Thanks for confirming.
