Site completely down and cannot connect to it

    Hi there, I need immediate help please, can you contact me at ? My site has been down for weeks and I can’t even see it in this WordPress account anymore.

    My site is http://www.kristynharder.com

    I believe I got hacked and they deleted my entire site. I saw you may be able to reverse this. If I need to pay for a month of higher service to speak to someone on the phone/email I can, but I want to make sure that that is an option before doing so.

    Hi there,

    It looks like your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but rather it’s hosted by GoDaddy.com. At least, that’s where your domain is registered, and where its DNS is currently pointed. That site is listed in your WordPress.com account, but that’s because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin. That allows you to manage the site from your WordPress.com account, but none of your site’s data is actually on our servers.

    So your best option is to contact GoDaddy support directly in this case. Provided your hosting plan with them includes site backups, they should be able to help you restore a backup of your site and get it back online.
