Site completely inaccessible – all URLs return 404 errors

  Details to include:

  • Your site URL: physiorun.net
  • You can log into WordPress.com dashboard but clicking anything gives 404s
  • Direct wp-admin access (physiorun.net/wp-admin) also returns 404
  • Jetpack admin pages return 404
  • Issue started 17th October 2025
