  Hi,

  I am having issues with my site configuration. I have run into a reconciliation error of my domain that has left me unable to access my wordpress site or direct domain. The issue was caused when I attempted to update my wordpress URL and site URL in my admin settings to reflect my actual domain name instead of my IP address. I am trying to figure out how I can switch back to the IP address so that I can once again access my wordpress admin site. When I attempt to sign into my WP admin site I get an error stating that it cannot reconcile. Is there a way to undo or restore my previous WP admin site settings to reflect the old WP address and site address?

  Hi there,

  I can see you have a site with us at https://coalcreations.wordpress.com/ but I am not sure I understood your issue as I do not see that you have any custom domains with us.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
