Site Corruption

I have set a test blog up at: http://www.creativecontrol.net/beautyblog, in readiness to move to a newly hosted site / domain.

In the process of moving the site I have managed to corrupt the URL and so now the site is only showing raw content and limited styling.

Before I try and move the site to the new location, I would like to get the old one rectified. Luckily I downloaded the site before I began messing with it. I have tried re-uploading the site, but it has not resolved the repointing of the site. Any suggestions? I have tried moving the site as shown here and rectifying it as suggested at http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress including the but I am not sure I have done this including the section around ‘accidently changing URL’.

I want to point the database / URL back to: http://www.creativecontrol.net/beautyblog is this easy. Will that pick up all the other elements now missing from the site design?

Any help – would be very, very welcome. Thanks
