Site couldn't be reached, disconnected. help!

I have a mapped domain that can’t be reached. A red warning popped up telling me that I need to disconnect site so I did and now I can’t reach the site at all. It’s not listed under my sites and I’ve got a store I’m building for my client here, there’s hundreds of items I’d have to re-add. Also, it was under a professional plan so I need this site back asap.

    http://www.pleasuretalkwithamber.com is the url

  • Looks like you have completely removed the Jetpack connection.

Here is what you should do now: Login into the self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site using the wp-admin dashboard (not WordPress.com dashboard), click on Jetpack button in the left sidebar and authenticate the connection again.

When that is done, you can successfully see the site again on your WordPress.com dashboard (https://wordpress.com/sites)

I’ve got a store I’m building for my client here

You will have to reach out to the client for accessing that WordPress site’s wp-admin dashboard.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions.
