Site crash

Hello WordPress communtiy. I’m looking for help but due to the problem mentioned below I can’t access the live chat support. I just received this email the other day about problems detected on our site in regards to updates- However we have been having problems with the site this week that go beyond this. We added a tithe button to our site for our church and then noticed the ‘unsecure’ label on our site despite our botton linking to a secure site we wanted to resolve the issue before launching the button, and assuring our church members that giving online was secure. We installed a plug-in that was to make the site secure after doing research on which add ons were best. When we hit launch — we lost the whole site! You can see the site when you type in the address although there is now an error code warning you about the site, but it won’t allow us to login to our account to edit anything now. We get an error code every time. We have researched and attempting recovering the site and login to no avail. Looking for any help! Thanks
