  Hello, I have just attempted to update the plugins on my site and received this error:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘;’ or ‘{‘ in /var/sites/j/jamesfmurray.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/class-redux-framework-plugin.php on line 76

  If you could provide any advice on how to resolve this, that would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with TSO.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
