    Hello,

I’m sorry your site crashed. This is a classic WordPress plugin conflict / fatal error scenario.

To regain access you’ll need to access your hosting cPanel -> File Manager or use a FTP to access your site. Once there navigate to /wp-content/ and rename the plugins folder to plugins-old.

This will load WordPress again because no plugin code executes. Once you’re back in rename the folder back to plugins. This will load the plugins back but with all plugins disabled.

To identity the culprit activate the plugins one by one until the site crashes again, you now know which plugin is causing the crash.

I hope this works for you.
