site crashed

  I installed a back up plugin on https://hymanlab.mpi-cbg.de/ and it crashed. the plugin used was updraft plus. I only read that it is not recommended on your instructions page after it crashed. can you help?

  hymanlab.mpi-cbg.de is not hosted on WordPress.com, that means you were most likely using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
