Site crashed after new plugin

Hello, we have added a new plugin and site crashed. We are not receiving e-mail with recovery mode link and can’t access the e-mail manually. We can’t get through our developer so have no idea how to restore it. What can we do?

Also, since Tuesday (when site was updated to wordpress 6.0.1.)
our checkout form on our site has stopped working. So no e-mails/booking confirmation mails are being sent out. (all worked perfectly, clients received a copy of booking and we received a copy of new booking)
Since Tuesday, it has stopped delivering. We have tried changing original admin email and nothing. We tried booking ourselves on the site with many different addresses and no e-mails are being received.
Through admin, we have tried to re-send copy of booking, nothing.
Any thoughts what could be causing? is there a plugin that needs updating/installing? or has the new updated version to 6.01.1. messed up with settings?
any thougths how to fix it? as very worrying for both us and our clients.
