Site crashed. I think I need Recovery Mode initialized.

Site completely crashed. Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin is the issue.
I’ve disabled all plugins via my hosting provider as well as restoring a previous version of the site from before the Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin was updated.
My hoster says that my wordpress plugins are not on automatic update, however a couple of minutes after I restored the site to a previous version, I received an email from WordPress to say that latest version of Mailchimp for Woocommerce has been installed. This has made it all crash again!
WP sent an email with a link to Recovery Mode so that I can get into the backend of my website, however I get the message ‘Recovery Mode not initialized’. Help!!

Hi there. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site
awakeninghealth.co.ukdirectly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look.If you have a problem with the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin, you need to contact Mailchimp support as they’re the ones who develop and manage that plugin. You can reach them here:

If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope this points you in the right direction.
