  the site will not let me make changes. It keeps freezing

  Hi there – Have you tried logging out of your WordPress.com account, restarting your browser, then logging back into your WordPress.com account? If not, try that first and let us know how that goes. :)

  Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
