Site create with SquareUp and need access to the domain

    Hey!
    So I have my website hosted by WordPress with Square and I was looking to get access to my website to be able to customize it more to my liking such as html,css,etc. I contacted squareup for some help and they told me to create a ticket to get access to the source files of my domain.

    Hi @prontoprintstore, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with, or send a link to the page that gives you that error?

    Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.

    If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting support for your theme first, rather than trying to edit files directly. And you would want to use the WordPress software if you need more help going forward: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
