  I crested this site in January, but when I want to write, I am told I don’t have a site.

  I guess your site is connected to another account of yours. What is the URL of your site?

  It was, but I deleted the site it was connected to. Is there a way for it to stand by itself?

  You do need a site to write on. A deleted site can be restored within 30 days after deletion. After 30 days everything gets purged from the wordpress.com servers and the domain name gets locked forever.
  You can create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start
