Site created by accident

    Hi, I was poking around trying to find out more about WordPress sites and when I entered the domain I wanted, a .wordpress site was created by accident and now its telling me if I delete it I can have access to create a WordPress site for 30 days – can you undo what I did so I don’t have this limitation? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    There is no such limitation like what you describe.

    The only 30-day limitation when deleting a site is that we’re only able to restore the deleted site for 30 days. After 30 days the deletion is permanent, and we won’t be able to restore the site any more. But you can create a new site at a different address at any time.

    Note that if you delete a site, the example.wordpress.com address will be permanently disabled, and you won’t be able to use that same address ever again. So please do not delete a site if you still want to use that address.
