Site Creator Won't Work

    I signed up with the username only and intended to create a site upon need. Now, when I’m trying to create my first site, it goes to blank page with the only text being “Step 1 or 4” but never loads the rest. I don’t know if it’s my computer or what…

    Site creator is for WordPress.ORG software installs and we cannot help you here. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs like yours here. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
