Site critical errors – how do I delete it and start over?

    I made some errors deleting pages on a site I’d started to build and now when I try to do anything all I get are ‘critical error’ messages.

    I’ve tried numerous times to connect through live chat but all it does is try to redirect me to pre-written help guides which aren’t relevant. Tried to email support and the same happens when I basically just need to speak to someone to get this sorted.

    Basically I want to start over with a new site template, but I have a Business plan so I don’t want to delete my current site in case I lose the plan along with it. How do I go about starting again i.e. getting rid of the current site which seems to be full of errors, and create a new one fresh which is linked to my account?

    I’ve been trying to find support for the past 24 hours on my site being broken (critical errors when I try to do most things) however Live Chat just has a greyed out ‘Continue’ box and no matter what I type in, I get various pre-written help guides come up as suggestions – none of which are applicable.

    There is also an option to email for support but this just does the same thing, apart from add a subject field. Again as I’m typing I see various help guides appearing below and I cannot submit my request.

    I have a Business plan so there should be no issue in not having the right levels of access to get some help.

    How can I get to speak to someone to get the issues resolved? Am I missing something??

    Hi there. If you wish to start over, we can reset the site for you and it will remove all pages, posts, media and any plugins and themes you may have installed.

    In checking your dashboard, and also looking in the error logs, I am not currently seeing any issues with accessing things, and the site is loading correctly for me.

    What might be best would be to come into Live Chat so that we can help you more in real-time getting things the way you want them.
