Site Customiser not loading

  Hi, just starting out, trying to use the customise/site customiser option but keep just getting the message that ‘the customising tools didn’t load correctly’?

  Is this something to do with fact that I’m using a Surface RT and it’s not supported or something? If so, is there any workaround?
