Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

Thanks, this is first-time post so it was sent before I meant it to go: This is for a site that I’ve logged into countless times before, but is currently under attack of some sort by malware. I was hoping to login and make sure all the updates were current to help strengthen security, but after logging in, the dashboard does not open. The page simply stays blank/white and nothing loads or happens.
Currently, running a full site scan to detect and delete any malicious code, and perhaps this will correct the issue, but I’m deeply troubled that I can’t access the WP dashboard for this site. Not sure what is going on…

I should clarify that I can reach the login page fine, and enter login info fine, it simply does not open once clicking login.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.

If you are not referring to a site hosted here then you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
