Site dashboard won’t let me add new user – I am full admin for site.

Hello – Very recently, my wordpress.com site won’t allow me access to access to certain parts of the dashboard. Anything on the Users panel, Stats pane, Jetpack all give the error “you are not authorized to view this page”. I am the site owner.
I have tried logging out, clearing cache and cookies for any browser I have accessed the site on. Logged back in – same issue. The site is REDACTED – any help very much appreciated. Thank you.
