Site deactivated but I did not authorise this? Please help me recover

  Hi, my site wordsbypallavi.wordpress.com has been deactivated but I did not authorise this. I used to pay for the domain name wordsbypallavi.com but I stopped in October 2020 as I opted for a free domain name instead. I just checked my site and it appears to be down – please help!

  It seems you have deleted your site https://wordsbypallavi.wordpress.com/.
  A free site can sometimes be restored within 30 days after deletion. Once 30 days passed, everything gets deleted from our servers and the wordpress.com subdomain gets locked forever.
  Just wait till a Staff member replies.

  Hi there,

  The site at wordsbypallavi.wordpress.com was deleted by your account on 18 July 2021. You had exported the content on the site just before deleting it.

  Deleted WordPress.com sites can only be restored for 30 days, so it’s no longer possible for us to restore that site – the content has been completely purged from our servers, and the address has been permanently disabled, so there’s no way to get either the address or the content back anymore.
