Site deactivated due to malware – help!

  Trying to get back into my WordPress account, at least to save all of my work and content from the last three years. I no longer have access to my site or its info because it has been deactivated by Bluehost. What can I do?

  Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, but your above site appears to be using the standalone WP (org) software.

  Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
