Site deleted after cancelling upgrade to business plan

I upgraded to a business plan yesterday and then wanted to revert back to my Premium plan. I cancelled the upgrade but now my site, amykieferblog.wordpress.com no longer shows up under my account.

You can downgrade to a cheaper plan, but that requires staff assistance. Also note that if you downgrade outside the refund period of a plan, Staff might not be able to give a refund anymore for the difference in cost, so downgrading is best done when a plan is about to renew.
