Site Deleted and unable to pre-register

Hello there,
I did not know that i can transfer website from one account to another. i have deleted my ukhdsex.wordpress.com site which i am unable to register now. it is very very important website to me.. may i know how can i pre-register to it again?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry but the answer is not for 2 years from the site deletion date.
The relevant wordpress.COM support doc is found at http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts. Do you see a deleted site https://deletedexample1234.wordpress.com/ with an address you would like to have? You can try registering a new site with that address here. http://wordpress.com/start If it is available, it will be yours.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated there.
