site deleted but file still coming in search

  by mistake i uploaded my personal doc on wordpress. i deleted it permanently and also deleted the site but still its coming up in search:

  how to delete this file permanently ASAP!!

  It may take a few days before the files are removed from the cache here. Regardless, I’ve tagged this for Staff to assist you in hopefully removing it quicker.

  However, WordPress.com has no control over how quickly search engines delete cached media. If you cannot wait until the search engine crawls your site again and receives notice that it was deleted, you will need to contact each search engine directly to remove the file. https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
