Site deleted by mistake
-
Hello,
By mistake, my site (and therefore the lecerfvolantmagazine.com domain) was deleted by my teammate jeannebailly7. We thought that the domain transfer had been done by our new host (and we switched to wordpress.org). But was not. We would like to find him again. Emails were sent to cancel the procedure, but remained unanswered. Can you do something quickly ? Thank you in advance. -
Good Morning –
Yes, I can help you with that here. But first, I need for jeannebailly7 to write to us in this thread. Can you send them a link and ask them to post permission to restore the domain?
-
Thank you for your reply. The problem is that it is currently jeannebailly7 who writes, using the cococlo account because the jeannebailly7 account has also been deleted.

Hi there,
We will still need to hear from them (even if their account with us is closed) in order to be able to help.
We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.
With this in mind, please have your teammate fill out this form here to the best of their ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there we will contact your teammate directly to assist with recovering the site lecerfvolantmagazine.com.
Thanks!

Thank you for your reply :-) I understood everything. The concern is precisely there. I cannot recover my account because the site is deleted and I cannot recover the site because the account is also deleted.
When I fill out the form, there are two possibilities :
– I put my email address associated with the account, it is noted:
“You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ve provided”
Maybe you have renamed your account.I did it and then it was noted :
“If you believe your account is deleted in error try our account recovery form and we’ll do our best to get you running again.” (I am sent to the first form)– I put another email address, it is noted:
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”Thank you for future answers !

Do you still have the account deletion confirmation email?
If so, you can reply to that and we’ll take care of it.
-
Thank you also for your response. I replied to the account deletion confirmation email.
I also replied (5 days ago) to the site deletion confirmation email.
My email : (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I replied to : [email protected]Thank you very much,

Hello,
Thank you very much for all your answers, because I have recovered my account. However, my site has been reactivated under the domain of WordPress (https://lecerfvolantmagazine.wordpress.com). What I understand since I have not hired a premium plan. But I still need my EPP code and it cannot be found on a wordpress url. Do you also have answers for me ? Thank you in advance !
Jeanne. -
Hi Jeanne, can you clarify what domain you need an EPP for? You wouldn’t be able to get one for a subdomain. Let us know what you’re hoping to do and we can point you in the right direction.

Ah, this is for lecerfvolantmagazine.com correct? I saw that earlier in the thread; it’s already been transferred out though.
