  I’ve attempted several times to delete one of my sites, but the e-mail link promised doesn’t show up in my inbox: [email removed by staff] – can you help please

  Have you checked your spam folder? It often goes there.

  I can help you delete a site if the email isn’t getting to you.

  Just let me know which site you want deleted, and confirm that you understand once a site is deleted you won’t be able to retrieve the content, and you won’t be able to re-use the URL.
