Site Deletion

  Hello,

  I need assistance deleting the following two sites:

  demonetized.wpcomstaging.com
  ensofinance.wpcomstaging.com

  I have removed the paid services but have been stuck on the following message for multiple days:

  ‘We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.’

  I have tried clearing all browser data but no luck. Can someone please assist with the site deletion?

  Hi there!

  We can revert these sites so that you can delete them permanently. This removes all plugins/custom themes added to the site. Have you already downloaded backups if necessary?

  Please confirm, and we’ll go ahead with the revert.
