site deletion

    I am a charity, wordpress site is detracting from charity donations for my charity because I cant delete this very old, very out of date website and directt to rightful webpage , and with no human to help because it was signed up for free 15 years ago- by someone no longer affiliated with charity – well theres nothing I can do myself to delete the site permanently as it should be. Please help,

    That site is set to private so no one can see itand no search engine can index it.
