Site Deletion, need to recover site

    I accidentally deleted my site from word press — I was trying to transfer my site to a new domain hosting company. I need to recover my site immediately. Can I please speak with someone by phone?

    Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. Just wait till a Staff member comes to the rescue.

    Hi there,

    Can you confirm the URL of the site you’re speaking of? http://lisamitzel.wordpress.com/ hasn’t been deleted, and our logs for your account don’t show that you’ve recently deleted any sites.

    Or are you perhaps speaking of the custom domain, heymitz.com, that was connected to the site at heymitz.wordpress.com, and which you cancelled on 7 February?

    Hi Kokkieh,

    I’m asking about LisaMitzel.com . Which may be connected to heymitz.wordpress.com . (I’m a little confused.)
    I thought I only cancelled heymitz.com on Feb 7, but now LisaMitzel.com is not accessible. It appears the site is down. So I’m in a panic.

    I greatly appreciate your help in finding or restoring LisaMitzel.com – it’s my business site.

    It looks like you cancelled both lisamitzel.com and heymitz.com on 7 February.

    I’ve sent an email to our domain provider to request that they restore lisamitzel.com. This is a manual process and they only operate during US business hours, so it will be at least a few hours before they respond. But we’ll let you know as soon as they do.
